Making delegates feel at home by putting the learning into the context of their workplace enhances the process. This means that, for example, any case studies we develop relate to situations the delegates will be familiar with. Candidates are then found to take the learning back with them to where it needs to be used and integrated into the procedures of the organisation. Ideally, follow up will evaluate the changes in procedures, attributing a financial value to them.
Blended LearningA totally integrated training solution may require that different learning requirements be treated with a different approach, whilst remaining within an overall progressive training plan. This is where blended learning comes into effect. To deliver blended solutions requires a comprehensive breadth of skills, materials and delivery formats, underpinned by a strategic understanding of the training values inherent in each varied training component and its part in progressing to the achievement of the pre-determined goals. So, an example of blended learning solution may require classroom training, combined with on-line homework, team building at an outward-bound location and on-going one-to-one mentoring. Another would be completely different with the emphasis on work based projects and discussion groups. The beauty of blended learning is its flexibility and precise tailoring to clients needs.
