Tips to help you improve your sleep

Practically everyone has sleep problems occasionally and a lot of people have sleep problems often. Sometimes it's trouble falling asleep, sometimes it's trouble staying asleep.

We will be examining and sharing tips on how to prepare for a good night's sleep and also what to do if you wake up in the night and can't get back to sleep.

Topics covered in this workshop include:

  • On waking in the night

  • 10 staff would be a minumum these workshops are aimed at large groups
  • A workshop costs £250
  • Workshops can be delivered across the UK (although there may be some additional travel costs associated depending on the location)
