In instances where the team is not meeting its agreed performance levels, you will need to identify actions that could be taken to rectify this underachievement

Module 3


The role of motivation in improving performance

How you could apply a motivational theory to ways for addressing under-performance. #

Develop actions that can be taken to motivate own team and improve performance linked to a  theory of motivation
