Academy of Learning are to pleased announce that we are now able to offer funded learning for employees in the East of England who would like to gain training and qualifications in a range of topics, employees will receive real skills training sessions  in addition to an NVQ and there will also be key skills training where necessary, this offers the learner a fantastic opportunity to gain a wide range of knowledge and they will also receive support in additional complimentary subjects.  The new funding offers a far more holistic approach to training and development and a real opportunity to give employees the chance to develop in their roles and for businesses to take advantage of funded training to build a more skilled and qualified workforce.

Through this new funding we are currently offering Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Customer Service and Business Administration, Level 2 in Team Leading and Level 3 in Management.  The rules of eligibility have changed, there is more flexibility on employer size, which has increased and also learners can now hold higher levels of existing qualifications.  There will be excellent funding opportunities available which are valued at over £1000 for each employee, in some cases, but not all, an employer contribution of around £150 may be required.  Places are limited and we are seeking to start learners as soon as possible.
