Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service Level 2, new for September 2014

Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2:   This new funded training opportunity is now available and has been designed bybusiness, for business. It will focus on the whole job, not just individual skills, your employees are trained to your company's standards - the result is loyal, motivated employees adding value to your business.

 

The Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service builds and broadens the skills and knowledge gained in workplace and provides key knowledge and practical applications.

Communicating effectively with customers face to face, in writing, or by telephone, resolving problems and improving customer relations, promoting products and services, keeping records, gathering customer feedback, working in a team, developing complementary technical skills according to job role.
